Candid keynote conversations for conferences, leadership events, and organizations.

A life-changing fall.
Two Perspectives.
One Unforgettable Conversation.

We shape each keynote conversation around the people in the room: what matters to them, and what you need the session to accomplish. The result is a candid, engaging keynote experience that feels relevant to the audience and gives them useful ways to think about change, possibility, and what comes next.

Available for in person and virtual events.

Give your audience a presentation they'll keep talking about.

Choosing a speaker is a visible decision.

You need someone who can hold the room, connect with what matters to your audience, and make the session feel worth the time and investment.

We offer something different.

We deliver a candid conversation with a clear spine (but no canned script) shaped around your audience, with room for genuine reactions, natural humor, and the unexpected moments that make people lean in.

Not a canned keynote. A conversation built for the room.

The same experiences, remembered and interpreted differently.

Natural humor, candid reactions, and the energy of a story unfolding in real time.

We shape the questions, examples, and emphasis around the audience in front of us.

Our Signature Conversation

Work Harder, Not Smarter

What began as a joke about the complicated (and often exhausting!) ways Dan sometimes has to make ordinary things work has become our philosophy for navigating change.

When the conventional solution is unavailable, progress takes mindset, radical acceptance, creativity, and the willingness to solve the problem differently.

Through candid stories and two very different perspectives, we explore what it means to stop fighting reality, recognize what remains possible, and move forward together.

Available for in person and virtual events.

Dan and Amber on Beach

One Life-Changing Moment. Two Perspectives.

When Dan fell during a rock-climbing trip, he and Amber were friends, teammates, and roommates. They were not yet a couple, though each secretly had feelings for the other.

Dan’s spinal cord injury changed both of their lives and marked the unexpected beginning of a relationship neither could have imagined.

Their presentation brings audiences inside what followed through two candid perspectives on partnership, teamwork, leadership, humor, mindset, radical acceptance, resilience, and identity. The accident begins the story; but the larger conversation is about what two people build when neither life nor relationships follow the expected route.

The conversation has emotional depth, but it is not a sad or solemn retelling. Humor, banter, and the surprising (sometimes silly) stories of adaptation are central to the experience.

Lived Experience. Earned Perspective.

The conversation is shaped by decades of athletic performance, leadership, entrepreneurship, reinvention, adaptation, and shared adventure.

Amber and Dan were elite shooting-sport athletes and residents at the U.S. Olympic Training Center, where excellence shaped not only how they competed, but how they understood themselves.

Leadership Through Change

After leaving elite athletics, Amber faced her own loss of identity and a long process of rebuilding her health and sense of self: experiences that continue to shape how she leads through uncertainty and change.

The outdoors is where many of Amber and Dan’s hardest challenges (and best adventures!) unfold. Together, they navigate barriers, adapt in real time, and find a way forward beyond the easy route.

What Audiences Carry Forward

A mindset that creates more options

When circumstances cannot be changed, perspective determines whether we remain stuck or begin seeing new possibilities.

A practical understanding of radical acceptance

Acceptance is not resignation. It is seeing reality clearly enough to decide what to do next.

Permission to solve problems differently
Sometimes progress comes through an unconventional, imperfect, or unexpectedly difficult route, and that still counts.
